jailcd2017066: The Study of Modular System of Rural Residence on The Basis of Sustainable Function

Abstract

China is a country with large agricultural population and wide distribution of rural housing. With the improvement in living standard of developed rural areas, the places which have high proportional non-agricultural population will gradually step into a fairly well-off housing stage. In contrast, it still possesses an extensive and inefficient building system. 
This research aims to extract the using and composition feature of developed rural housing by collecting and estimating the original data and to establish a performance appraisal system for rural housing, trying to propose a constructive design thought for multifunctional and environmentally friendly rural residence. While catering for the appeals to users (the residents of developed rural area) about architectural form, space function, energy consumption, etc. It tries to provide the users with customized design for an energy-saving fabricated residence with reasonable function.
