jailcd2020005: Research on Strategies of Space Promotion and Utilization Construction of Subway Station in Historical Districts-- Taking Qingdao as an Example

Abstract

In the urban renewal, subway stations can be planted in the historic district to enhanced the influence and accessibility of the historic district. Due to the lack of scientific evaluation guidance, the subway station often destroys the overall style of historic districts. The optimization strategies on protecting the style of historical district, were summarized to improve the construction efficiency the subway station in the historical district in this study. Based on the investigation and qualitative analysis of the historic district of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao, this study constructs an index hierarchy model, establishes a Judgment Matrix, calculates the weight vectors of the related indexes and checks the consistency. Through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the survey results are analyzed to determine the weight quantitatively and the important factors of the subway station construction in the historical district include the supporting facilities of the subway station, the key protection points of the historic district, the construction method of the subway station and the station entrance style. The evaluation system of subway station construction in historic districts is a necessary means to optimize the spatial efficiency of historical districts.
