Abstract

After the rapid development of the city, land use has become increasingly tense under excessive urban construction. The use of residential underground and semi-underground spaces has also attracted people's attention. This article analyzes the spatial and physical characteristics of semi-underground spaces in cold houses, with the aim of improving the habitability of semi-underground spaces and improving land utilization. The ways of using passive ecological methods to improve the utilization of natural energy and reduce the high consumption of cold buildings are discussed. It is hoped that through the checks and balances of artificial environment and natural climate, the favorable parts of the cold climate environment will be fully utilized, and the disadvantaged parts will be avoided. Climate efficiency and minimum energy load to achieve user comfort requirements. Finally, the design strategy of semi-underground space for cold houses is put forward, which can provide some reference for the sustainable development of semi-underground spaces in cold houses.
