Abstract

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrial process, the urban heat island effect is becoming more and more intense, which greatly affects the safety of the urban ecological environment and the daily life of the residents, alleviating the urban heat island is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on practical research and literature analysis at home and abroad, this study conducted quantitative analysis and carding of monitoring data through monitoring at multi-directional monitoring points such as Fenhe landscape green belt, urban area and suburb of Taiyuan. Then, the influence of the riverside green belt on the heat island effect in Taiyuan was demonstrated and the scope of its influence was defined. During the experiment, it is also found that the cold source of the west mountain of Taiyuan (WM) is the main factor influencing the temperature in the west part of the Fenhe River (WR) area of Taiyuan, which is the main reason why the temperature in WR area is lower than that in the east of Fenhe River (ER) area. The intensity of urban heat island in non-heating season is lower than that in heating season, which may be related to air pollution index.
