More and more attention has been paid to historic villages. Historic villages not only have high research value in architecture, but also their commercial value cannot be ignored. In recent years, the development of historic villages tourism in various parts of China has gradually increased. In addition to the advantages of historic villages being close to nature, many tourists have been attracted, and most of the historic villages have become local popular tourist attractions. In this paper, a series of measurements and analyses were made on Fenghuang historic village in Shanxi Province by combining field investigation with satellite map. Based on the historic villages' layout, using the CFD simulation software for the wind environment of the Fenghuang historic village in Shanxi Province, simulated and analyzed respectively at 1.2m (average human body sitting height), 1.7m (average standing human body height) and 4.2m to simulate the corresponding height in the distribution of wind environment, reveals the Fenghuang historic village distribution and the relationship between the height and the wind environment, found areas where eddies tend to form. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the selection of areas where tourists stay for a long time in the tourism planning of Fenghuang historic village.
