Nowadays, disposable diaper waste has received much attention due to the increase of waste and the complicated recycling process. Disposable diaper are one of the biggest waste in developing countries that need special treatment. In addition, public awareness is also very low on the use and treat it. One example to reduce diaper waste is to make it a concrete composite material. Concrete is a very popular building material. It is due to the ease of construction, relatively inexpensive construction costs and does not require high technology in its manufacture, the addition of used diapers can be made on concrete and does not reduce its strength significantly. This paper will discuss the significance of diaper recycling as a component of concrete using environmental assessment. Carbon emissions and eco-costs are included in the environmental assessment indicators. The types of single-use waste treatment such as co-firing and incineration will be used as a comparison.
