In this study, I examined reduction of waste from industry and the possibility of effective utilization for contribution to achieve the goals of Japan’s SGDs. Therefore I reformed dredged sludge with high Unheated carbon content which was used applied flotation method. As a result, it was confirmed that DS-A had a reduction of ignition loss of up to 20.2%. Regarding the amount of drug added, it was much more necessary than the general FA fee, and the suitability for reforming by the flotation method was low due to the cost of chemicals. However, it is considered possible to reduce the dissolution of dredged sludge since it can be used as an auxiliary fuel for coal-fired power plants without reforming. MDS-B, which is a flotation method applied to DS-B, had a higher Unheated carbon content than DS-B, but I found that it is difficult to use it as an admixture at this stage and is necessary to study the modification method.
