Abstract

The eco-industrial park is a model of the combination of green buildings and sustainable development concepts. As a public building, the eco-industrial park has the characteristics of high mobility of personnel, difficulty in data collection, and inconsistency of environmental quality with design expectations during actual operation, and needs to be studied improve. This paper takes the green building of an ecological industrial park in the north as the research object, monitors indoor air quality parameters in summer, and distributes user satisfaction questionnaires to analyze the indoor air quality data of different space types in office areas, and compare and analyze with green building evaluation standards. A thorough understanding of the indoor environmental quality of green buildings in the ecological industrial park can achieve the overall optimization of the industrial park.
