Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 spread across around the world, which had a great impact on people's work and life.As the main carrier of people's work, public buildings have suffered a great impact on building energy consumption and environmental conditions. However, public buildings have the characteristics of densely used people, complicated functions and flow lines, so it is not easy to collect the actual indoor environment data. Especially for exhibition buildings with more complex functions, the indoor environmental quality evaluation after operation is often inadequate due to differences in internal use frequency and personnel. This paper selects a large-scale green public building in Dalian with a densely-used and regular conference demonstration area as the research object. Set up the instrument in rooms with different orientations and different areas in the conference area to collect data such as indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality. Select a typical day with or without activity, and analyze the reasons that affect the indoor environmental parameters and the problems that occur during operation through data comparison. The expectation is to provide a certain reference for the resumption management and energy consumption operation of similar types of buildings in the post-pandemic era.
