Its urban renewal policy pays more attention to market deployment than other cities. Because the urban renewal system involves multiple interests. The Shenzhen government emphasizes market-led urban renewal policies. Unlike traditional research, this article will analyze Shenzhen's urban renewal policy from the perspective of humanistic geography. Urban planning policies are people-oriented. We must not only see the advantages and disadvantages of the policy itself, but also pay attention to whether urban policies are beneficial to residents. Human geography is a discipline that emphasizes human subjective feelings. From the perspective of humanism, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Shenzhen's urban renewal policy system is an important research direction.
