Global climate change, shortage of resources and energy, deterioration of ecological environment, greenhouse effect has become an important problem restricting economic and social development. The reason is that the overuse of fossil energy and the change of land property are the important factors of greenhouse effect.
At present, sustainable green building is an important development direction of Chinese construction industry, and it is a necessary measure under the current situation of natural resources shortage. BLM technology, as a new technology, new concept and new means recognized by the construction industry, is gradually becoming a systematic programme for the sustainable development of green buildings. Strengthening the application of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of the building can help the construction work to achieve the improvement of energy saving level, while reducing the cost of construction production. Based on the whole life cycle assessment of engineering projects, a multi-dimensional information model of green building is established to quantify the impact of the building on the environment, and to clarify the effect of the choice of green building technology on the carbon emission reduction of the project.
