Abstract

The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of mankind, so it is necessary to establish and practice the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, and adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Promoting green buildings is an important measure to promote ecological civilization. From the analysis of the characteristics of Ningbo's regional environment and from the perspective of building energy conservation, this paper studies the overall layout, architectural design, and specific energy-saving technology design of public buildings, and explores feasible and effective passive low-energy building energy-saving design strategies suitable for the region.
