jailcd2022017: Research on Renovation of Old Residential Areas Based on Multi-source Data Mining ： Take Liaoning Road Residential Area in Qingdao as an example

Abstract

In view of the social situation of comprehensively promoting the transformation of old residential areas in China in recent years, this project carries out multi-source data mining from the perspective of material spatial form, combining modern network technology of data platform and traditional research methods, and selects the representative old residential area of Liaoning Road, Shibei District, Qingdao as the research object. Based on quantitative research, the project analyzes the existing problems of the site from four aspects: population trend, road traffic, public activity space and business distribution, so as to provide the basis and direction for the renovation of old residential areas with the same problems.
