At present, China’s climate problem is prominent, and the ecological environment problem has become the main problem restricting China’s sustainable development. Therefore, the construction of low-carbon cities and ecological civilization society is an important task for China to achieve sustainable development. In addition, China strives to achieve carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060. In order to achieve these goals, cities must achieve low-carbon sustainable development. Because cities are the main areas of greenhouse gas emissions and resource consumption in China, how to build low-carbon cities is the content that needs to be explored and studied in the field of planning.
