jailcd2022031: Research on low carbon urban planning strategy of Hangzhou

Abstract

Low carbon city is a city that develops low-carbon economy in urban space, takes low-carbon economy as the development mode and direction, citizens take low-carbon life as the concept and behavior characteristics, and the government official management takes low-carbon society as the construction specimen and blueprint. This study puts forward the main strategies of low-carbon city construction from the aspects of economic transformation, low-carbon awareness, ecosystem construction, green transportation and low-carbon buildings, so as to provide decision-making ideas and basis for the construction of low-carbon cities in Hangzhou and reference for the construction of low-carbon cities in China.
