Abstract

With the continuous impact of global warming, the concept of low carbon in modern architectural design is changing along with economic development, and China has proposed the development strategies of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutral" to control the carbon emission problem brought by development. Rural self-built houses are a waste of resources in terms of building materials and construction methods, and the total number of houses in rural areas accounts for 60 percent of the total construction in the country. Under the influence of the "double carbon" policy, the rural "environment-friendly" architectural design is still facing many problems.
