Abstract

Under the background of the new era, improving the indoor thermal environment quality of the military rest station is one of the important tasks to speed up the construction of the service guarantee system for retired soldiers. This paper, with Tianjin retired military cadres sanatorium as the object, carries out field testing of its outdoor wind speed, indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity, wall temperature and other environmental parameters in winter, and investigates by way of questionnaire indoor activity level and clothes of students in winter. Through the actual test and questionnaire survey, the indoor thermal environment of Tianjin retired military cadres sanatorium in winter is investigated and studied. It is concluded that the acceptable indoor temperature of 80% retired cadres in winter is 21.2-25.8C. It is found that the thermal stability of indoor environment is poor and the acceptance rate of thermal environment is low. According to the difference and particularity of retired cadres, the strategy of energy saving transformation is put forward, which provides practical experience and theoretical basis for the development of indoor thermal environment transformation of military rest station.
