Abstract

Qingdao is known throughout the country for its superior marine environment. The coastal area of this beautiful city has been turned attention by many real estate developers hoping to invest in building a pension industry, as China is getting older. Based on a coastal land on the west coast of Qingdao, the author designs the elderly medical rehabilitation center, hoping to provide ideas for the design of the elderly nursing home in Qingdao. The project consists of three parts: medical, health rehabilitation and rehabilitation. The design plan is for the elderly who needs rehabilitation and needs to meet the special physiology and psychology of their lives, make full use of the marine landscape, and contribute to the cause of the elderly in Qingdao.
