Abstract

This paper takes traditional residential blocks of Xi'an, China as the research object to study the correlation between building blocks and winter microclimate, and obtain thermal environment data for on-site microclimate numerical monitoring and numerical simulation. Taking the thermal comfort of residents in the architectural space as the starting point, the optimization design of block architectural space was carried out to establish the spatial optimization strategy of residential buildings in Xi'an.
