Moc Chau district, Son La province, a highland valley located in the North West of Vietnam, around 200l kilometers away from the capital, is gifted with breathtaking sceneries, beautiful tea plantations, waterfalls and the exotic cultures due do the varieties of ethnic groups in the area. Thanks to these gifts, it has soon become a tourist attract location. In the case of Moc Chau Tea village, the place is famous for its vast view of Tea plantations and has also open for tourist services, but poorly organized due to spontaneously stalls held by the locals. There is no unify. and this has become a problem with the area from the tourism activities, many tea hills have been deformed by the paths tourists created while trying to trespass and climb onto the top of the hills just to get a selfie, littering, plucking tea without permission from locals, affected the local lives and their producing activities. This project is to propose a design as a public space for locals to rest and visitors to come and sightseeing without creating damages to the plantations and producing activities, becomes an exchange spot of many subjects for local communities and visitors, spread the culture.
