jailcd2020124: Study on the Status and Division of Land Use in Beipu Urban Planning District

Abstract

Urban development is a process of overall and long-term development. During the planning process, urban planning with high potential of making urban growth must comprehensively measure the complete improvement the entire city needs and make a reasonable plan in advance. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of the Beipu urban planning and examine whether it is a reasonable plan suitable for application. The main topics of this study are as follows: first, utilization rate of division of the land use and secondly, the problem of a still land. This study has found out the problem through actual investigation while thinking about the future development of the land use division and categorization in order to make appropriate suggestions. We hope that this study will be used as a reference for the overall review of Beipu Urban Planning someday in the future.
