Abstract

The project of Zijun dongyuan Section B is located in Hangzhou City, which is a representative place in hot-summer and cold-winter zone. In the planning stage, computer simulation is performed to verify the reasonableness of planning and distribution of the buildings. Several applicative green building technology methods are integrated into the designing stage of the project. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the strategy taken in project planning and the technology system adopted in building designing, aiming at proving demonstration and suggestion for green commodity housing projects in hot-summer and cold-winter zone.
