Abstract

Concrete block retaining is a traditional masonry materials of building envelop. Compared with the traditional clay brick, it is not only lightweight, high strength, and many other advantages with good economic and technical benefits, but also has enormous social and environmental benefits in the section of soil, energy, waste recycling. It is an ideal alternative to traditional clay bricks. With the emergence of new insulation materials and higher demands on the performance of the wall, new concrete composite block gradually become self-insulation wall insulation technology measure’s hotspot. This paper will review domestic and foreign thermal insulation composite block research.
