Along with economic development is the industrialization of human life making the current social problems appear to lose the sense of community among people and the architecture of neo features that is common in the world today have inadvertently contributed to these problem. For architectural community house in Vietnam, when looking back over 60 years of existence, along with the indigenous people, the type of this house has been modified compared to the original, by the people in order to fit their culture and lifestyle. When looking at the positive side of things, we can see that it has turned the collective project that is designed in neo-human performance constraints must follow an initial template lifestyle, to a architecture of greater interaction and connectivity. It dissolved in the urban context and the way of life of indigenous people, therefore, we can totally open up a new direction for the group home architecture in Vietnam.
