jailcd2015031: Study on Plan Construction in the Triangular Detached Houses

Abstract

I separated as factors to design the triangular the detached houses by the reason of a site condition and the design. When because the shape of the site was triangular as for the reason of the site conditional reason, these use a triangle for the shape of the building. In contrast, the reason of the design uses a triangular shape as a design. Narrowness and modified sites increase in the urban area for reasons of the soaring land prices or the subdivision of a small site. In the case of a modified site, we may consider to the space use using the polygon containing hypotenuses and a rectangle, a square in the ground plan. Thus, detached houses is desired to work flexibly for any site condition. In this study, I analyze the plan constitution in the existing triangular detached houses and put an important point for the use of the space of the corner and expose a normal plan and a characteristic of the plan constitution about the triangular detached houses. In addition, I hope that it leads to the application for the plan of the utilization of the narrow site and polygonal detached house. The study assumes it a triangular Japan-detached house and separates triangular door-built houses in a pure triangle door-based house and resemblance triangle door-based house. The search for the study reached from the Internet and the architecture magazines. The studied triangle door-built house was 50 cases. The thing that 40 of 50 things which satisfied an urban housing standard and a general model housing standard 23 of 40 cases. As a result, it features the general building shape of the triangular door-built house that space of around 30 degrees locates stairs in the space of 90 degrees at 1 story with around 30 degrees, around 60 degrees, a right-angled triangle of 90 degrees in the two-storied house in storing, a bathroom, a private room on living, dining, kitchen or private room, storing, terrace / balcony in storing, a bathroom, a private room, the space of around 60 degrees.
