Abstract

The means of education are important element in improving the quality of Human Resources. But in fact, the educational facilities and infrastructure in some areas did not meet the required standard. This can affect the quality of the students. This study was conducted to determine and design the Elementary School in the Village of Pasanggrahan which are appropriate and in accordance with the image of the Ujungberung District. This research was conducted by studying the concept and the rules of literature related to the topic of discussion. Ujungberung is a district with plenty cultural potential, art groups which exist in Ujungberung is expected to join and participate in the implantation of cultural values in students of elementary school. It can be supported by designing facilities which support the arts as a forum to form the character of a creative child.
