Abstract

Bandar Lampung as the capital city of L.mpung Province has significant problems in controlling thegrowth of private vehicles. The growth ofDrivate vehicles is increasing year to year and leads to thedevelopment of flyovers as it's solving whicheventually causes more problems. The existence of flyovers inBandar Lampung City causes the presence oinegative space under it. That negative space formed a slumarea that tends to be used for negative activities. Kali Balok flyover is the best example for this case. On KaliBalok Flyover's underspace occured activities such as illegal trading, criminalities and illegal parking,MMoreover, on the edge of flyover road occursactivities which are not properly happen like socializing andnot notice the dangerous of those activities. Therefore thisrefreshing.Unfortunately, many people doresearch will direct and move people to do activities only on the under space and arrange that space to be ang qualitative-explorative methods, this research will firstplace that can be useful as public space.Usanalyze user preferences of the use of flyovernd their expectations and then design it as a public space.
