Abstract

Currently, the urbanization rate is more and more increasing high. House area increasingly shrinking. Not only that, the land shortage problem frequently occurs. Especially in Vietnam, when the population was booming and overloaded. The delta area is not much, the highest concentrated population in urban areas and large cities. Should the pace of construction in urban areas increased to meet the people's living standards. But the land is less, so the human toward a new form of housing is condominium. Style condominium is formed from very long in the world, to solve the problem of living area. But in Vietnam, this method appears when Russia helped Vietnamese to resolve land issues for people living from 1954. But, when live standards rising, it is no longer appropriate. However, it has not changed much over time. This makes the condominium is not used common. Many condominiums were built, but few people living. It is shortcomings are not adequately addressed, not make people feel comfortable while living in condominiums. Should, the issue of this article is to provide a works consistent with land, innovation in design as well as changing lifestyles old of people living in the condominiums.
