Abstract

The environment plays an important part in people’s physical, mental and social well-being. In the context of global warming and the urban development, cities are becoming more polluted. The green is needed to improve the environment and quality of life. Green walls are solution to improve the tight acreage, increase the area and density of trees on all surfaces. In the former it is easy to create gardens on the ground but now, the population explosion, the thick of the construction, green space is increasingly losing, most notably in the central area major cities. Green walls offer many benefits to their surrounding environment including buffering building temperatures, cooling the local air temperature, providing air filtration, reducing stormwater runoff, ameliorating noise pollution, removing carbon from the air, providing shade, and creating habitats for plants and animals. In many cases, green facades are intended to be aesthetically pleasing. In conclusion Green walls are full convergence of factors to be able to present more and more in the works of architecture, from the monumental scale of a conference center at national level, an international airport to a lovely cozy kitchen window outside of a small family. From a small corner of green solutions on the facade, we can absolutely dream of a green future, saving energy for sustainable living, a better live.
