Abstract

The purpose of the project is building a community house to strengthen the cohesion and promote local resources, promote tourism and trade promotion. Further, projects navigate to sustainable development, particularly the preservation of cultural diversity and the natural environment, maintain weaving traditional fabric job. The training program for local residents will help enhance the skills of sustainable architecture, tourism, improve accountability and effective management of the project. The main activities of the project: building community versatile center. Project consists a common living space, working space, showcasing traditional crafts space, small library, space for search information, the site of the training program, sports, propaganda, festivals. The form of building is inspired by motifs on traditional fabric of Lo Lo people. Community House was built of natural materials. They are so friendly with environment as stone, earth walls, recycled wood, bamboo. These materials can be easily found in this local. The project team applied solutions green architecture, energy saving: rainwater filtering technology, solar panels, energy-saving fireplace, using chimney effect to ventilation
