jailcd2015072: Analysis and Optimization of Island Community’s Spatial Pattern Based on the Built Environment Change: A Case Study on Beidai Village in Zhoushan
Keywords:
built environment, micro climate, low-carbon communities, sunlight, wind environmentAbstract
Take Beidai village for example, this paper established physical and mathematical analysis model of outdoor wind environment. We chose Ecotect to simulate sunlight performance and used Phoenics to simulate wind environment performance. This study realized the visual display and statistical analysis of sunlight and wind environment. Based on three levels of low carbon ecological planning model of community group forms, monomer space and site layout, we put forward the mechanism of spatial pattern optimizing control, so as to realize the complementary cycle of micro climate factors within the community and raise residents’ living comfort.
