In the present situation of rapid improvement in information technology andglobalization, thecontradiction between limited energy reservesand unlimited energy demands has become a difficult problemThe universities with higher level of independent researchpreventing social progress and developmentcapacity thus play roles of breakthrough to aleviate pressure on the energy consumption and act as scienceand technology demonstration bases of releva!it industries. Energy consumption monitoring system has beengradually popularized and applied in collegand universities, however the statistical data analysis andfeedback rThis study based on the monitoring data on two adjacentprocessing parts are in the infancated the causes by the existing building power consumptionbuildings in one university in the north, specsituations, conducted renovation design in the concept phase with the former feedback, finally analyzedsimulation statistics data of Design Builder sftware and present situation comparatively, and summarizedthe advantages and disadvantages properties
