Abstract

With the development of economic, social changes very fast. The abandoned of the architecture become very fast too. There is a period, from the abandoned of the architecture to the re-planning or remove of it. It could be a month, or a year. So how to use the spaces of the architecture though this time, is a very interesting and meaningful proposition. This Paper taking Xi'an Fangzhi City area as an example put the aim on the “low-income people which have different and complex requirements. I’m trying to put some kinds of “equipment” in the old building, which can be very flexible, universal and individual. It can adapt to many kinds of spaces in the old building, people can rebuild it if they want. It will be able to retrofit the abandoned building space into the spaces which are inexpensive and have multifunctional and changeable type of space that can meet the needs of different groups of people in a short time. And they may exist just for a short time before the building was dismantled. The “equipment” which were put in the old building can be removed very fast, and it also can be put in another old building to form a variety of new space. The composition of this "device" constitute from the material which can be used as self-circulation. Through the reasonable and sustainable recycling using, it can achieve the goal of low price and green environmental protection.
