This study examined low-income satisfaction of Flat Klong Chan Project through survey research approach. 370 sampling sizes out of 5,814 units were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Collected information from Flat Klong Chan’s residents includes household characteristics and level of satisfaction with dwelling conditions and environments under post occupancy evaluation (POE) concept. Data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The result found there were more female respondents (57%) than male (43%) and most of them were between the ages of 30 – 39 years (31.6%). 64.9% of respondents lived in Flat Klong Chan Project below 10 years. The study further established a degree of satisfaction that most of residents were fairly satisfied with functions including living area, dining area, kitchen area, bedroom, toilet and bathroom by 3.16, whereas elements of size, materials, and indoor environments of dwelling unit indicated the satisfaction level of 2.99, 2.85, and 3.07 respectively. In terms of building physical features and social condition, the satisfaction was 2.96 and 2.79. These satisfactions shown not only to identify the positive and negative building performance on resident’s satisfaction but it shows the feedback to relevant stakeholders for decision making to maintain sustainable environment of long term public housing
