Abstract

 This study aims to evaluate student satisfaction toward the pedestrian way in a campus. The location of this study is limited to the existing pedestrian path at The University of Lampung. The University of Lampung is a complex university because it has the building which is spread such as university office, faculty building, student activities center, clinics, canteen, and other supporting facilities. Thus, pedestrian area as the connector between the buildings is important to be evaluated. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The method of data collection is done by observation and open questionnaire. This qualitative study concluded that the dominant aspects that influence satisfaction that aspect of pavement quality, aspects of design, and aspects of the facility. These three aspects are considered important in improving student satisfaction because it has integrated relationship. That is, the neglect of one aspect will affect student satisfaction towards pedestrian way.
