Abstract

The index system provides a theoretical and practical basis for the development of energy planning and is also an important part of the refinement of energy planning. This paper is part III of a series of articles on Integrated Energy Planning for New District (IEPND) in China. Starting from the goal of energy planning, the index system of energy planning is put forward and the results of these indexes are analyzed and calculated from three aspects of energy conservation, environmental protection and economy. The results of these indexes show that a rational and effective utilization of energy resources can improve the energy efficiency and coordinate with environmental objectives, so as to achieve the coordination and balance of energy, environment and economic development.
