Abstract

This paper is the part II of a series of Integrated Energy Planning for New District (IEPND）of China, based on planning objectives and positioning, combined with the resource conditions and load characteristics of the target area, and focuses on the two aspects of distributed energy station in civil buildings and industrial distributed energy station, and obtains the system form, configuration and operation strategy.
