Abstract

Energy is the foundation of national economic operation and social development. Especially for the construction of new areas, comprehensive planning of energy is of great significance. This paper is a comprehensive energy plan for a new district in China, the part I of the Integrated Energy Planning for New District (IEPND). This paper will focus on the assessment of renewable resources such as solar energy, wind energy and geothermal energy, as well as load forecasting analysis for civil and industrial applications.
