In order to explore the job-housing relationship in the downtown area of Qingdao, this paper tries to construct a new measurement method of urban job-housing relationship based on Baidu thermal diagram by using the real-time dynamic data of big data and combined with data mining and GIS analysis technology. The research shows that the job-housing imbalance in the downtown area of Qingdao city. Although the job- housing relationship between Licang district and Shibei district is relatively normal, there are more serious job-housing analysis phenomena in the Shinan district and Laoshan district. Through the analysis of this paper, we hope to provide new ideas for the future more refined urbanization research and urban planning management.
