jailcd2019-055: A Basic Study on Evaluation of Airborne Chloride Ions Transport Situation in Thermal Power Plant
Keywords:
Chloride Attack, Airborne Chloride Ions, Thin mortar specimen, Exposure TestAbstract
This study aims to evaluate rational chloride attack environment of thermal power plants, which are often built at the coast. In this study, the airborne chloride ions transported to the thermal powerplant was collected by thin sheet mortar specimens and the wind condition information used the data of the nearest weather station. From the measurement results, it was confirmed that the amount of airborne chloride ions transported to the power plant decreases as the distance from the coast or river becomes longer. In addition, the amount of airborne chloride ions collected is different depending on the installation situation of thin plate mortar specimens. Furthermore, it was revealed that the transportation amount of airborne chloride ions is influenced by the layout of buildings in the thermal powerplant and the surrounding environment.
