jailcd2019-060: Research on Energy-saving Renovation Strategy of Existing Residential in Cold Area of North China

Abstract

As the implementation of national policies of energy conservation and emission reduction become inceresingly intensify, people are paying more attention to energy issues. The large stocks and energy consumption of existing residential turn into a major problem of urban construction. This paper investigated the current situation of the settlements in Xiufeng Dongyuan Community Zhongshan District, Dalian City in the northern cold area. Through the actual measurement of temperature, humidity and air quality, the current situation of energy-saving renovation facilities  in xiufeng Dongyuan was analyzed  and the  effect was  evaluated.  Combine  analysis  and  survey,  A reasonable  strategy of energy-saving renovation is given to improve the  comfort level of residents,  so as to provide reference for the energy-saving renovation projects of existing residential areas in cold areas of north China in the future.
