Abstract

This paper investigates the status of the project of obtaining the green building  evaluation mark from 2008 to 2015 in Dalian,  and selects three typical  public  building   projects  that have obtained the green building certification.  From  the  project  overview,  technology  adoption,   project  design  technology  highlights,   The project promotes the application value and benefit analysis and other aspects of statistics and analysis. Through the calculation of the project incremental cost, the saving of operating costs, the project recovery cycle, and the analysis and discussion of the results, the application  of the project green building   design technology  is evaluated.
