Lack of attention on people with different abilities during disaster making them the most at-risk groups when facing disasters. It is possible due to their limited movement ability and lack of available data on their other pedestrian behavior. For this reason, the evacuation route for individuals with different abilities was the main topic in this study. The research was focused on pedestrian evacuation due to the prohibition of vehicle usage because the possibility of a damaged road caused by the disaster. We selected pathways from AEON Mall in Futajima Wakamatsu to Futajimanishi Park as the evacuation area for the case study. The aim of this research is to analyze and sort the most effective and safest route to the nearest evacuation area by using Network Analyst-based Geographic Information System (GIS) and evaluate the facility of pedestrian pathways. The research was started by collecting data on individuals with different abilities in the case study area, choosing the safe zone area, analyzing the variable shortest path to the safe zone, simulating with individuals with different abilities perspective and evaluating the pedestrian way facilities. The result shows that the efficient and well-built facilities in pedestrian way from one of many route variables to the safe zone was the suitable path for diffable to reach the safe zone during disaster.
