Abstract

This paper first discusses the existing residential (district) renovation, is an important part of urban sustainable development.And on this basis, the paper introduces in detail the common ideas of spatial expansion and reconstruction in existing residential areas, and puts forward the existing problems in the spatial expansion and structural reconstruction of existing buildings.Through BIM technology to solve.Finally, the existing structural safety reconstruction based on building information model (BIM) is analyzed, and the revit-based information model development and BIM model structural safety analysis are proposed.Hope to be able to work in the relevant technical staff to bring value.
