Abstract

Cities in Java, Indonesia (ex: Jakarta, Bandung) has increasingly changed in climate behavior that caused by Urbanization. Urban community has been developing vast in Indonesia for several years, which rise the temperature 6-7°C from the past 10 years. Exploring many kinds offaçade, and wanting to create more efficient energy consumption, will give ideas on how to create new trends of composing materials to reduce carbon emission. Adapting to 2030 low-carbon law, Indonesia’s architects should start designing buildings with more consideration to the case concern. Some buildings in Indonesia do not have standardized ramp, or parking for disabled people. Creating a Braille and Sign Language community center, helps to understand our community variety better, and by creating a creative spaces with interesting low energy consumption façade will increase not only awareness of the community but also the awareness of climate condition for future generation. Suitable criteria responding to building orientation and climates challenge will be tested to give façade aspect more concern on this paper. Final result will be set as an example as a good design which answer comfort, safety, robustness, and well-being from building physics criteria for disabled community which focused on Braille and Sign Language community.
