jailcd2019-075: Green Building Example Analysis - the Kangshan Shantytown Reconstruction

Abstract

With the development of human society, issues such as resource consumption and environmental pollution have received more and more attention from all walks of life, and green building has become an important theme  of  architectural  design.  This  paper  takes   the  Kangshan   shantytown  reconstruction   (residential community) project as an example to analyze the used technology and existing deficiencies in the five aspects of land saving, energy saving, water saving, material saving and indoor environment, and summarizes the green building technology system that can be used for residential projects, which provides reference for green building design of residential projects.
