Abstract

In recent years, China's housing construction has entered the era of stocks from the incremental era, and the regeneration of residential areas has become a focus issue. As an important part of the settlement, the external environment space has also become one of the key elements of the transformation. Taking the Dalian Railway Bureau community as an example, this paper stratifies the environmental elements outside the residential area, analyzes the current situation through research, and proposes the upgrading strategy in a hierarchical way, in order to provide reference for the future improvement of the environment outside the residential area.
