Abstract

In recent years, green building technology has become a new building technology in China, which has a great impact on the construction industry. It includes energy saving, water saving, green technology and environmental applications. This paper analyzes the impact of green building on the construction industry through the analysis of green building related concepts, combined with the actual application of green buildings and evaluation mechanism. At the sametime, combined with specific cases, study the optimization method of green  building  technology  in  architectural  design.  Green  building  design  should  integrate  architecture, structure, equipment, building physics and other majors. At the beginning of the project, it combines advanced computer simulation technology analysis and implements “integrated design” . Find joint points and balance points  between  each  profession  to  meet  the  requirements  of  architectural  creation,  building  functions, ecological attributes, etc., so that green technology measures can achieve green goals and capital investment optimization.
