jailcd2024011: Research on the Urban Residential Building Characteristics Based on BIPV Development Potential
Keywords:
BIPV, Carbon Reduction Potential, Residential building CharacteristicAbstract
Rapid urban development has led to overpopulation and the rise of a large number of residential buildings, among which residential buildings have become a major source of carbon emissions. In order to optimize the energy structure, building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technology is considered to be the most suitable solution, especially in urban residential buildings. In order to determine the focus of BIPV construction, the representative high-rise and multi-storey residential buildings in Xi 'an are taken as the research object, and the basic building information, including floor area ratio, planned number of households and total floor area, is collected through online real estate websites.Specific feature data such as plane type, facade color material, window-wall ratio, etc. were obtained through field investigation and photos.Through the summary and analysis of the data, the spatial characteristics of the representative residential buildings in Xi 'an are revealed. After comparing the PV development potential of different types of residential buildings, the carbon emission reduction potential of representative residential buildings and key types of BIPV construction in Xi'an is obtained.Downloads
