Abstract

This study pointed out that riding bicycles helps to improve cardiopulmonary function, prevent brain aging and strengthen vascular functions. Due to the phenomenon of global warming more pronounced in recent years, the global concept of energy conservation and carbon reduction has emerged. Bicycles are a type of lowpollution means of transport that consumes less than one-tenth of the energy of cars and carbon dioxide per kilometer. Many developing countries regard bicycles as urban green cars, reducing pollution and saving energy. People way of life has changed, the number of cyclists has increased, and the use of access rights has also been gradually respected. In this study, through the numerous of review of relevant literature, questionnaire, observation records and other methods. Conducted a comprehensive and detailed to understanding of the bike lane setting in OURA, Japan about bike lane user of experiences and opinions of recreational. By using Willingness Surveys, this study focuses on the following topics: 1. Different Background Variables, Leisure Activities and Leisure Motivations for Bicycle Users 2. Understand whether the recreational motivation of bicycle users is related to the improvement of bicycle tracks. The research methods mainly use questionnaires to analyze the purpose of users of bicycle lanes at different ages and their satisfaction with bicycle lanes, to explore problems and formulate relevant measures to create a good space environment quality of urban bicycle lanes
